Mr. Ramanshu Mahaur brings over 12 years of diverse experience in the IT and technology space, with a strong focus on product innovation, scalable architecture, and digital transformation. A graduate in Computer Science from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi (Batch of 2013), Mr. Mahaur began his professional journey at Adobe, where he was part of the core technology and development team. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, he launched his first venture, "Karmabite", a social networking platform designed to serve as a comprehensive people directory. Shortly after, he co-founded Valuedrive Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Spinny.com, a full-stack platform for buying and selling pre-owned cars. As the Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Mahaur leads the end-to-end technology strategy and innovation roadmap for the organization. His strength lies in building scalable systems from the ground up, managing risk effectively, and driving execution at pace. Under his leadership, Spinny has launched multiple successful business verticals and continues to expand its digital capabilities across India. Mr. Mahaur is passionate about creating technological solutions that solve real-world problems and believes in building high-performing teams that can adapt to rapid growth and dynamic business needs.
Whole-time Director & CEO
Mr. Amit Kakkar is the current Whole Time Director and CEO of Spinny Capital Pvt Ltd. He has work experience of more than 23 years in banking and financial services with vast exposure in business strategy, risk management, contract negotiation, budget planning, digital lending & analytics and so on and so forth. He worked for Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited, leading the setting up of NBFC i.e. Spinny Capital Private Limited and worked on other initiatives of Valuedrive. He has also worked with Toyota Financial Services India, ICICI Bank, CNH Industrial Capital and Clix Capital under various key leadership roles.

Mr. Rajamani Muthuchamy belongs to the 1982 batch of the Indian Administrative Service. He is a Post-Graduate in Agricultural Extension. He served in several administrative positions in the State of Orissa for about 20 years till November 2002. He was Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, from 2003 to 2007 and Senior Deputy Director General (Administration and Vigilance), Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi, from 2008 to 2009. He joined Janaadhar India Private Limited, a pure-play affordable housing company, in 2012 as Senior Vice President (Policy Advocacy) after his voluntary retirement from the Indian Administrative Service in 2011. He also headed the Public Finance vertical under the erstwhile Janalakshmi Financial Services from 2015 to 2017, predecessor to the present Jana Small Finance Bank. He became MD & CEO of Jana Holdings Limited in October 2018. He was also appointed as MD & CEO of Jana Capital Limited in February 2020. Mr. Rajamani has acquitted himself very well in the Indian Administrative Service and has acquired skills in planning, policy formulation, implementation, and monitoring of projects and programmes during his service career. He has expertise in Agriculture, Rural Development, Finance, General Administration, Mining, Municipal Administration, Urban Governance, and Urban Development.
